All winter vegetables are vasodilating foods. Vasodilating foods expands the vessel . In winters due to low temperature our vessels usually contracts and do to which circulation gets effected . That’s why nature gives all vasodilating foods in winters so that our body can adapt the low temperature .

Whats Happens when we eat winter vegetables in summers ?

Since in summers temperature is high so our vessels are already dilated and when we eat winter vegetables like gobhi in summers then vessels gets extra dilated and with gravity everything falls back and circulation is badly effected . Thats why when we eat gobhi , peas in summers we dont feel good ………….

Note : Always prefer seasonal vegetables . Nature is very smart ………it knows your body well
